A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.
NEW COUNCILLORS WELCOMED SUB-COMMITTEES JORMED. Three new members of the Council of the Auckland A. and P. Association were welcomed by the president, Mr. J. T. P. Mitchell, at yesterday's meeting. They were Messrs. F. Waters, Sexton and Watkins. Mr. H. Brown, who had been associated with shows as an exhibitor and judge for close on, 50 years, resigned from the association. Members expressed their regret that Mr. Brown should terminate his loiig connection with the association, and he was elected an honorary life member. Mr. C. G. Brokes was re-elected hon, traseurer, a position he has held for many years. The various committees for the ensuing year were appointed, the membership of the most important one,' finance, being increased from seven to twelve.
