THE BOWLING EVENTS.
ALL WON BY ENGLAND.

TORONTO, August 22.
In the bowling singles England (Colquhoun) 21, beat New Zealand (Fielding) 19. This was the third straight victory for the Englishman, and the third title for Britain, who won the rinks, the doubles and the singles.
The match to-day was productive. of the best bowling of the week. Colqulioun met'his strongest foe in Fielding. During the game the score was tied at 18, and the New Zealander-scored two on the twentieth end to go one up. Colquhoun laid his first two bowls against kitty, and his third was only' inches away. Fielding was short with his first three, and his final was a draw Eliot, well laid, but inches away from kitty, just behind Colquhoun's third bowl.
Tho bowling tournament concluded on Friday afternoon with the singles playoff for second place between Fielding (New Zealand) and Thorns (South Africa), the latter winning by 21 points to 15.
