SOVIET COINS.
MINTED IN BRITAIN.
LONDON, August 15,
! The Comnrfsary of Finance has suggested that the Soviet should order coins from the British Royal Mint to meet Eussia's small change crisis, according to exchanges from Eiga. The Commissary says that the Sovietmint is unable to supply high class , coins at short notice. Moreover, his suggestion is a friendly gesture to Britain. As people are still hoarding silver to buy bread and potatoes from the peasants, who ignore paper money, the Soviet has directed co-operative organisations in the big .cities to issue goods, only against paper money.
