SENSATION IN JAPAN.
Betrayal of Military Secrets Alleged. COMMUNIST ARRESTED. (Received 9 a.m.) TOKYO, August 17. A sensation has been caused in military circles at Tokyo by the arrest of a draughtsman and six other civilians in the office of the army general staff. They are said to be active Communists. It is alleged that the draughtsman betrayed military secrets, spread Red propaganda and incited soldiers.
