BUILDING CONDITIONS AT HENDERSON.
Re the application of Mr. S. Ozieh, of Henderson, to erect living rooms over one of his shops,: I should like to make it clear that it is not a question of 66 feet frontage or an area- of one-quarter of an acre, but whether the Henderson Town Board was unreasonable in refusing to grant a permit for what is virtually a dwelling on a frontage of 14 feet, which is the. frontage of this particular section. I might point out that we have no drainage in Henderson, and the board considered that it would not be in the best interests of the place to allow a dwelling to be built upon such a small frontage. The permit was unanimously refused by the board. B. HART, ' i Member, Henderson Town Board.
