BOY DROWNED IN CRÈK.
' ACCIDENT WHILE PLAYING. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TOWAI, Sunday. The five-yeav-old son of Mr. C. M. C Going, of Maromaku, 29 miles from VVhangarei, was drowned in a flooded creek .yesterday afternoon. When the accident occiirred the child was playing near the creek, which runs close to Mr Going's home, with several younger cliili dren. The children did not raise the ■ alarm for a considerable time. A search party discovered the borl.v > to-day in about Bft of water a quartet I of a mile below the scene of the accident
