CONTEST AT MANGERE.
The Northern , and the Mangere A grade Badminton teams held their Qrst inter-club jonteat of the season at Mangere last night. Both clubs won five matches, but the Northern Club won ou points—l 64 to 124. D. Jiimes surprised everybody by beating J. Solomon, first string of the Northern Club.
