PORT CAROLINE LOADING. MAUI POMARE TO-MORROW. Arrivals at Auckland this morning included H.M.s. Dunedin from Apia, and. the steamer Port Caroline from Australia for Homeward loading. Returning from Norfolk Island ; tlie Maui Pomare is due at daybreak to-morrow, wliile the Winton expects to arrive from New York about noon. In continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, the Hertford sails for the South this afternoon. HERTFORD SAILS. In continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, the Federal steamer Hertford .sails early this afternoon for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff, and New Plymouth. ELVERIC WITH SUGAR. The Bank Line steamer Elveric. 5653 tons is reported to have cleared Cuba on March 3 with a raw sugar cargo_ for Auckiand. She is due early in April. PORT CAROLINE LOADING. To the agency of Heather. Roberton, Ltd., the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Carolina arrived from Launceston this morning- and berthed at the Queen's wharf to commence loading for London. She is to sail at noon on Saturday for Gisborne, Waikokopu, Napier and Wellington to fill up, and is scheduled to clear the last-named port for Southampton on April 6. NORTHERN COMPANY'S MOVEMENTS. The Vacuum Oil Company's tanker Plume was scheduled to clear San Francisco on March 12 with a bulk oil cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton I and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland I early in April.

The Southern Cross is to shift to the Queen's wharf this afternoon to continue refitting for her Island cruise. The Coronation arrived from Awanui this morning and berthed at the wharf. She is to sail again at noon on Saturday. Returning from Apia this morning, H.M.s. Dunedin berthed at the Sheerlegs wharf. The Union Co.'s steamer Tofua is to sail with passengers, mails, and cargo for uie Islands at 11 a.m. on Saturday. On her return tiTp to Sydney, the Hutidart-Parker passenger steamer Llimaroa is to sail from the Prince's whart at 3 p.m. on Friday. For San Francisco, via Wellington, Rarotonga and Papeete, the Union Company s R.M.s. Makura is to leave Sydney to-mor-row. She is due at Wellington next Monday morning and sails for San Francisco on Tuesday. Scheduled to clear San Francisco to-day, the Union Company's R.M.s. Tahiti is due at Wellington, via Papeete and Rarotonga, on April 7, and resumes her voyage to Sydney the following day, arriving there on April 12. With passengers, mails and cargo from Norfolk Island, the Government motor ship Maui Pomare is due at Auckland at daybreak to-morrow, berthing at the King's wharf. She is to sail for Niue and Samoa on April 1. (Spedding, Ltd., agents). The Auckland Harbour Board announces that owing to the New Zealand championship rowing races being held on the Whau Creek next Saturday (March 22) navigation in that creek is prohibited from the third pile beacon for a distance of three miles up the creek, between the hours of noon and 3 p.m. on that day. NIAGARA REPORTS. En route from Vancouver to Sydney, the Union Company's R.M.s. Niagara radios that she expects to arrive at Suva at 5.30 a.m. on E"riday, and to clear there for Auckland at noon the same day. She is due here on Monday morning and sails for Sydney on Tuesday. PHOSPHATE FROM NAURU. Advice received by Henderson and Macfarlane, Ltd., states that the Bank Line steamer Roseric was dispatched from Nauru Island on March 15 with a full cargo of phosphates for discharge at Auckland and Wanganui. She is due at Auckland about March 26. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE. The following vessels are expected to be within range of the Auckland wireless Station to-night: Cliiloil, City of Lincoln, Hertford. June, Kaimiro, Maui Pomare. Port Hunter, Sinnington Court, Sonoma, Tutanekai, Winton, Zealandic. MATAKANA TO SAIL. To continue loading for London and West of England ports, the Shaw, Savlll and A'.bioD steamer Matakana is to sail at 2 p.m. to-morrow for Wellington. Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is scheduled to clear the last-named port for London on March 31. WINTOX RADIOS. A further radio from the A. and A. Line's chartered steamer Winton states flint she expects to arrive at Auckland from New York at noon to-morrow. She is bringing basic slag from Antwerp and general cargo from U.S.A. for discharge here and at Wellington, New Plymouth, and Australian ports. SVOLDER DUE SHORTLY. The local office of the Atlantic Union Oil Company has received advice that the Norwegian motor ship Svolder is expected at Auckland from Los An<reles about the end of this week with a full cargo of bulk oil. The vessel sailed from Los Angeles on February 26 and will unload the cargo at Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney. PASSENGERS VIA AUSTRALIA. Russell and Somers, Ltd., have received advice that the following passengers for New Zealand are travelling by the P. and O. liner Narkunda, which is due at Sydney from London to-morrow : —Booked through to Auckland: Dr. Rutter, Mrs. Bradford, Mr. Kara, Mrs. Riddell and three children. Booked to Wellington : Mrs. Sransfield, Mr. Padshah. Miss Flowers, Mr. Prema, Mr. Bhana, Mrs. Martin. UNION CO.'S STEAMERS. The Waipiata sails to-morrow evening for Wellington. Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff, Oamaru, and Timaru. The Kaimiro sails at 10 p.m. to-day for Portland to discharge Australian gypsum and load cement for Wellington. The Knimnnawa left Portland nt 10.30 p.m. yesterday for Wellington and Lyttelton. The Karipo is expected to clear Westport for Auckland at midnight tonight. The Wingatui is announced to load at Dunedin to-morrow for Auckland, via Timaru. Lyttelton, and Wellington. The Kamona sails for Greymoutli at midnight to-night. PORT OF ONEHUNGA.
