JAPANESE FAILURES. TOKYO, March 17. Loading Jananese cotton importers are in serious difficulties with chief shareholders, who aye demanding an explanation President Kita promises that losses will be written off. but there will be no dividend. He also suggests a reduction of canital. The crisis follows numerous bankruptcies of small importers, forming _ a commentary on the recent panegyrics over Jananese buying methods as _ a factor in the successful competition against Lancashire.
