LORD CRAIGAVON'S OPINION. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 17. When Viscount Craigavon reached Belfast after a tour of the Dominions he said that he had not been long reaching the conclusion that Ulster was the world's best place. The people were as well, if not better, " off than those elsewhere.
