'VARSITY RACE.
I BOATS BEING BUILT. N (Received 1.80 p.m.) LONDON, March 17! The Oxford crew has not yet arrived but the boats for the 'Varsity race are Rearing completion. Both are being constructed from the same cedar log. Each is, 62-J feet long, but the Cambridge beam Is 23| inches, or one-eighth of an inch "wider than Oxford's because the crew average 21b heavier.
