MOTORIST SENT TO GAOL.
KAN CAR INTO BUS. NO LICENSE FOR FIVE YEAES. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) ROTORUA, this day. At the Magistrate's Court this afternoon, before Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., George William Currin -was given 14 days' hard labour, and prohibited from obtaining a license for five years, for driving a motor car .while in a state of intoxication, and running into a bus. Sergeant Hqgan said the case was a very bad one. The magistrate said accused was fortunate in that there had been no loss of life.
