Exiles Repatriated; Political Prisoners Freed. REBELS PARDONED. (Received 10.30 a.m.) MADRID, February 7. The anniversary of the Queen Mother's leath was made the occasion of an imnesty. under which artillery officers vere not only pardoned but also rcippointed to their old ranks and posts. Professors and. students were rehabiliated, officials and civilians suffering from he consequences of rebellion, sedition tnd political offences, reinstated and ixiles allowed io return to their homes.* It has been decided to turn the Union s atriotica into a political party and übmit candidates at the elections. /
