YOUNG MAN MISSING.
CLOTHES FOUND ON BEACH. ALARM GIVEN TOO LATE. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.) LEVIN, this day. Waklye St. George, aged 27, disappeared 'yesterday afternoon while batning at Otaki Beach. He was a member of°a family picnic party, and he intimated his intention of going into the water. He was not noticed by others in the party, and they thought he was sun-batliin". In the evening he was reported missing, and his clothes were found on the beach. The beach was searched, but without findin" a trace of St. George. He was employed in Wellington, and was visiting his home f'- the holidays.
