HOUSE—BICKERTON.

A picturesque bride was Miss Madeline Bickcrton, eldest daughter of Mr. L. J. K. Bickerton, of Ponsonby, when her marriage was solemnised last week to Mr, Arthur F. Howse, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Howse, of Glen more. The ceremony was performed at the Epsom Catholic Church, the Rev. Father J. J. O'Byrne officiating. Entering the church on the- arm of her father, the bride looked charming in a shell pink georgette frock, with pink silk panels. A coronet of orange blossoms held her pink tulle veil in place, and she carried a shower bouquet of Christmas lilies and roses. Miss Joan Bickerton, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid, frocked in eau de nil green georgette, with pale pink hat with pastel trimmings. She carried a pink shower bouquet. The mother of the bridegroom wore navy crepe de chine with black bengaline coat and black hat.
