MOTORIST LOSES HIS LICENSE. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANG ARE I, this day. Answering a telephone message-yester-day afternoon, two constables went up the Kamo Road, where they found a car stationary and its driver leaning over the wheel. As a result, Robert Cowan appeared in the Police Court this morning and pleaded guilty to a charge of intoxication when in charge of a motor car. He was fined £10 and his license was cancelled for six months.
