FOUND DROWNED.
ELDEBLY MAN'S DEATH.
THREE DAYS IN HARBOUR.
The body of an elderly man, James Hanna. upholsterer, unmarried, was found floating in the harbour off Prince's wharf between four and five o'clock on Saturday evening. Haiina had b«en miesing since Wednesday.
The discovery was made by a man walking , on tho wharf, and the police were informed. An inquest was opened [before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., this morn"Henry C. Frost, manager of. the -Sheet Jiie'tal Worksfi,' Ltd., said the dead man had worked for his company and lived ■with him at 33, Margaret Avenue, Mount Albert. He had come out from Scotland jtwenty-two years ago and was sixty-five years of age. For "the past two years he had been in bad health and had .worked only intermittently. Much of his-spare time was spent at the Workingnien's Club and on the- waterfront. Witness -thought Hanna must have had an attack of illness and fallen into the water. : ..The inquest was adjourned sine die.
