NEW SCOUT COMMISSIONER.

GISBORNE, this day.
Colonel P. Clenell Fenwick, C.M.G., of Christchurch, 'has been appointed by Lord Baden-Powell as Dominion Chief Commissioner of Boy Scouts, in succession to General Andrew, according to a cable received by Mr. J. R. Kirk, chairman of the Dominion Scout Council.
