Shooting commenced late yesterday afternoon in connection with No. 2 Regimental District rifle meeting on the local range, but results will noj: be available until Saturday afternoon. There are 160 competitors, including Cadets and Territorials, with a small percentage of reservists.

The folio nwigdistricts are represented: Thames, Paeroa. Te Aroha, Tauranga, Whakatane, Eotorna, Cambridge, Morrinayilla «nd Matamata.
