FRACAS IN RELIEF CAMP.
MAN SERIOUSLY INJURED
ANOTHER CHARGED WITH
ASSAULT

As the result of a fracas anion? relief workers down the Thames coast on Tuesday, Raymond Costar, aged 23, was arrested last night on a charge of assault and causing actual bodily harm to Gordon Burns. He was brought before justices and released on bail. He will appear in the Police Court on November 5.
Burns suffered an injury to one eye and was sent to hospital'for examination. It is feared that facial bones have been fractured.
