DIXIELAND.
There was a particularly large attendance at Dixieland on Saturday night. A feature of the evening was the shaded lighting effects, which shed a soft glow over the dancers and their very pretty frocks. Excellent music was supplied by the famous Dixieland Boys' Orchestra. Allen, amethyst shaded georgette frock; Miss Joan Pobertson, pompadour rose taffeta; Miss Biddy Phileox, frock of amethyst lace; Miss Kathleen Tunks, palest pink georgette; Miss Linda de Renzy, silver lame with skirt of frilled pink net: Miss Doris Tills, pastel sprigged taffeta with floral sprays at waist; Miss Fawla Gaudin, blush rose georgette with arep hem of silk lace; Miss Alison Laery, ivory taffeta with bouffant skirt; Miss Rona Richardson, black georgette inlet with floral ninon; Miss Nancy St. C'lair Whyte, amethyst frilled georgette frock; Miss Thelma St. C'lair Whyte, sky blue georgette with large rose on hip; Miss Dene Plummer, frock of silver and floral lame; Miss D. Fenton, taffeta and tulle; Miss Rona Fenton, pastel blue georgette relieved ■with touches of scarlet; Miss Ailsa Lewis, white taffeta and tulle with natural flower posy on shoulder; Miss J.
