LOCAL "TALKIE" SETS.

SUITABLE FOB, FILM OK DISC. Both Mo vie teas and Vitaphone sound can be' reproduced with the Cutone set, the locally-made "talkie" equipment manufactured by Cuff and Thomson, Ltd. A set of this which has been installed in the Strand Theatre, Onehunga, and which was tested on Thursday, is for Vitaphone ("sound-on-disc") only, but an attachment can be fitted which will make it possible to present "sound-on-film" pictures also.
