SUCCESSFUL ARCHITECT.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) GISBORNE, this day. The winner of the competition for the best design of the Christchurch Art Gallery, Mr. Edward William Armstrong, is a Gisborne boy, the son of the late district engineer of Public Works. He is at present in Rangoon, designing a university training college.
