As it was .questionable whether .the Court had jurisdiction to include in an award 'certain provisions contained in the reconlinendations 'of the Conciliation Council .these clauses have, been emitted meantime and- the Court will state a case for the opinion of the Court of Appeal on, the point'. Power, to amend the award to deal with the preference question was; reserved ■ till after the'decision of the Court, of Appeal.
