Referring to the payment during the year of_ £20,000 of maturing debentures, the chairman of Milne and Choyce, Ltd., Sir George Elliot, speaking at to-day's meeting of shareholders, said these debentures were issued twenty years ago and in .the interim the company had paid out in" interest on them £26,000.
