STATE MINE IDLE.
TRUCKERS REFUSE WORK. RESENT DISMISSAL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, this day. No. 2 Liverpool State mine was idle to-day owing to truckers refusing work because a horscdriver's lamp wae stopped. The miners complained yesterday that they were getting insufficient tubs. A deputy investigated the complaint, and spoke to the horsedriver concerned, who, it was alleged, gave insolent replies, was eent from the mine and told to interview the mine manager.
