BOAT CAPSIZES.
MILL WORKERS DROWNED. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Keceivcd 1 p.m.) DELHI, September 3. Seventeen were drowned due to the overturning of a boat on the Ganges. The victims were mill workers returning to Chandernagore, the French settlement.
