NURSES' EXAMINATIONS.
MATERNITY AND MIDWIFERY.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES.
The following Auckland and provincial candidates were successful in passing the State examination for maternity nurses held on August 7 and 8, 1929: — Passed top for the Dominion: Twist, Flora Blanche (St. Helens Hospital, Auckland). Passed with To per cent and over: Healev, Ina Corallie, R.N., and Nazer, Myrtle Isabel, R.N. (Kawakawa Hospital); Tomlinson, Winifred Rebecca; Carpenter, Lena; Desmond, Ruby P. and Beyers, Rualiine C.; Strangeways, Kathleen Dorothy (St. Helens Hospital, Auckland ); Clark, Jean M. (Whakatane Hospital). Also passed: Jamieson, Lulla, and Ansell, Eva Honor (St. Helens Hospital, Auckland); Durie. Elinor Margaret, R.N. (Thames Hospital); Crowley, Winifred (Waiuku Hospital): Templeton, Ethel Keziah, R.N. (Te Puke Hospital). The following completed a pass: — Peake, Ethel Mary, R.N. (Te Puke Hospital): Bryan, Esther Mary (Batchelor Hospital). The following candidates were successful in passing the State examination for niidwives held on August 7 and S:— Passed top for the Dominion: Willoek, Mary, K.N. (McHardy Home, Napier Hospital). Passed with 75 per cent and over: King, Maud, R.N., and Waite, Mary, C. (St. Helens Hospital, Auckland). Also passed: Coad, Eveline Louisa, R.N. (St. Helens Hospital, Auckland).
