DRAFT OF TREATY.
PERUSAL BY DOMINIONS. (United Service.) (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, August 2. The "Daily Herald's" political correspondent understands that Britain's draft of the treaty, or the proposals for it, as official circles prefer to call them still,- will be submitted to the Dominions next week. Mr. Mac Donald has already examined and approved of them. They will bo forwarded to' Egypt as soon as all the Cabinet members have examined them.
