BUS CATCHES FIRE
While taking in benzine from a street bowser at Devonport this morning, about 10 a~m., a Stanley Bay bus suddenly burst into flames. A first aid was used, and the outbreak was quickly checked. Minor damage was done. At Bayswater last evening a collision occurred between a motor bus and a motor car. The impact was severe, but passengers in both vehicles escaped injury. At the time the bus was coming along King Edward Avenue towards Bayewater, and the car turned out of a side street.
