DAIRY PRODUCE. Amalgamated Dairies, Ltd., have received the following cable from their London manager, under date August 1:— Butter.—Our prices unchanged. (Anchor 174/.) Market steadier. Rather better demand. Danish, 165/, f.o.b. Cheese. —White, 86/; coloured, 90/. Market weak. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. has received the following cable from its London house, dated August Butter.—Choicest salted, 171/ to 172/ per cwt. Cheese.—White, 86/ to 87/ per cwt: coloured, 90/ to 91/. Messrs. Andrew Clement and Sons have received the following cable from their London office, dated August 2:—Cheese steady at 86/ to 90/. Butter quiet at 170/ to 172/. ' CHICAGO WHEAT VALUES. | (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 10.30 a.m.) CHICAGO, August 1. Wheat for delivery in September is quoted at Chicago at $1.47% per bushel. For December delivery the fate is | for March $1.60%, and for May, $1.63. I AUSTRALIAN PRODUCE. SYDNEY, August 1. The following are to-day's quotations on the Sydney produce market:—Wheat: At country stations, 5/; ex trucks, Sydney, 5/7. Flour: £14. Pollard and bran: £8. Potatoes: Tasmanian, £20 to £22; Victorian, £19. Onions: Japanese, £18; Victorian, Spanish, £10. Oats: White, 4/9; Algerian, 4/3. Maize: 6/ to 6/2 per bushel. Adelaide prices are:—Wheat: Growers' lots, 3/1 to 5/1%. Flour: £12 15/. Bran: £6 17/6. Pollard: £7 10/. Oats: Algerian, 3/6. MELBOURNE HIDES SALES. MELBOURNE, August 1. At the Melbourne hides sales to-day the market was irregular., All grades were V*d lower except kips.
