FOREHOLD FLOODED.
IN ANTARCTIC TEMPEST. ELEANOR BOLLING'S ESCAPE. AWASH FOR TEX DAYS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. '•Fifteen days' tempest and nine hours calm." sums up the latest trip of the Eleanor Boiling, according to a description given to-day. For 10 days the ship was awash fore and 'aft, and on February 20 thfie was 12 leet of water in the ufterliuld, caused by seas pouring down the ventilators. The Eleanor Boiling had been purposely loaded down ait lor the passage through the ice. but the water in the hold made her dangerous. Bagged coal was shitted promptly to reduce the hazard.
