Those who write opposing the transport loans seem to be lacking in responsibility. The loan proposals i " resent the considered opinion of the Traiisju. Board. The board is the result of a general demand for a body representing the whole area. Now we have* got the board, why not accept its decisions? To reject the loans would be to make a farce of the new system of control. If the loans are rejected the board would bp quite in order in resigning in a body and leaving those who voted against the loans to clean up the mess. EPSOM.
