CITY LOANS.

It is a case of ''You put, I take" in this municipal socialism. It often strikes me that this municipal enterprise goes for loan after loan, yet it cannot make anything par it undertakes. It is fine sport to spend the ratepayers' money in this game of socialism, but I would like to advise '"Another Citizen" to vote againßt the tramways loan in the interests of the suburbs. The Transport Board will never be able to extend trams from any profits it makes. Thus the field is open for private enterprise. If the loan is carried you can get a spade and bury for good our'freedom of private enterprise. FAHMKK.
