Crown To Make Judicial Appointments. KING CONGRATULATED. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) VIENNA, January 9. New decrees announced in the official gazette of Yugoslavia provide that all judicial and magisterial appointments shall be made by the Crown and order the creation of a Supreme Economic Council. King Alexander has received - 21,200 telegrams and messages of congratulation upon his action in suspending the constitution and dissolving Parliament.
