Returns of new buildings at Wanganui for the past year show a great reduction in the number of dwellings. Onlv 6S permits Mere issued in J928 as compared with 127 in the previous year. The total value of the permits issued in 1928 was £182.743, an increase of £12,513. Several large contracts are now in hand!
