MAY ESTABLISH FACTORY.
LONDON, December 28
M. Lobov, the president of the Russian Supreme Economic Council, who recently returned from America, announce:-. according- to the Moscow correspondent of the "'Manchester Guardian, 7, that Henry Ford may establish an automobile factory, with an annual capacitv of 100.000 car.s. in Russia. He adds that another large firm made a similar offer.
