NAVAL MANOEUVRES.
DUNEDIN AND DIOMEDE. (By Telegrapti. —Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. The crew of the cruiser Dunedin have completed training at Trentham, and the vessel sails on Wednesday for Hauraki Gulf, where she will join the Diomede in annual naval manoeuvres.
Auckland members of Parliament have been invited to a luncheon in the Orange Hall, Newton, to-morrow afternoon, when they will be the guests of the Presbyterian Assembly. United members who have returned from Weilingtpn have intimated that they will be glad to- accept the invitation.
