NO CONFIDENCE.
Labour Ministry Again Defeated In Victoria.
ELECTION NOT DESIRED.
(Received 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The Labour Ministry was again defeated when Mr. E. J. Hogan, the Premier, moved an adjournment as a test vote, saying that if the motion wan rejected it would clearly indicate that the Ministry no longer possessed the confidence of the House. The motion was defeated by 34 vctes to 28. The dissolution of the House will probably not be sought as it is not desirable to have an election so soon after the Federal polls.
