The Attorney-General, Mr. Boyce, announced the taxation rates which will be imposed if the Taxation Management Bill is passed. The company tax graduated, commencing at 2/ in the £ with a maximum of 3/ on all foreign companies and State companies \vuh°;i taxable income of over .ttioOO. The supertax will be 3d in the £, to be imposed on all companies producing £.'300,000. Taxation from personal clfort commences at 7d, increasing to 4/31, where the income is over £20,000. This is expeclcd to yield £770.000.
