THE MINISTER-ELECT
The Rev. R. C. Roberts, 8.A., 8.D., minister-elect of the Mount Eden Congregational Church, is expected to arrive by R.M.s. Tainui early next week. Up to the time of his leaving England Mr. Roberts has been the pastor of Christ Congregational Church, Llandaff North, Cardiff, where he has had a conspicuously successful ministry. In addition to his pastoral duties Mr. Roberts has also edited "The Congregational Magazine," published by the Cardiff and District Congregational Board.
The induction service will take p'ace in the Mount Ecen Congregational Church, on Wednesday, November 21, at 7.30 p.m., and Rev. Roberts will commence his ministry on Sunday November 25, and will preach at the morning and evening services.
