BOGGED ON FLOODED ROAD. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMER STON, N., Sunday. The Foxton police have arrested a youth suspected oi unlawfully conveiting a c»r to hi* o\viV»V.9c. The car was taken from outside the Catholic Church in Palmerfrton North this morning, and was found hogged in flood water between Levin and Foxton. m
