WHANGAREI AERODROME.
INSPECTION OF SITES. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. Major Isitt arrived in Whangarei on Wednesday in connection with the application made by the Whangarei Aeroplane Club to obtain the Defence Department's approval to the proposed' aerodrome on the Harbour Board reclamation. In company with the secretary (Mr. W. Donohue) he inspected the area this morning. Onerahi was also visited. Major Isitt will report on the possibility of a seaplane base and submit a full report to headquarters.
