YOUNG MAN DROWNED.
OWGHT UPSET HT SQUAIX. COMPANION DRIVEN ASHORE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Thomas Turner, aged 20, was drowned thuough a dinghy capsizing near Island Bay on Saturday night. He and his companion were setting a fishing net when the boat capsized, in a squally sea. Both got hold of the upturned boat, hut it turned over again, and Turner lost his grip and was never seen again. His companion was driven ashore by the wind.
