THEATRE FROCKS.

Gay frocks were worn at His Majesty's Theatre last evening in "The Girl Friend." Miss Annie Croft makes her first appearance in a chalk white chiffon embroidered in leaf green and outlined in crystal worked fiowers, and an eau de nil silk marocain coat, with beige fox fur cuffs, collar and right down one side. This is worn with a small green felt cloche hat. The second frock is primrose petalled net with sprays of blue and golden flowers, crinoline hat to tone turned up from the face. The pyjama suit is attractively made of lime georgette, with silk overlace coat and lemon satin soie jumper embroidered in mauve, blue and rose tulips, outlined with crystal beads. The neglige worn is of pink flowered silk veiled in georgette. A wonderful petalled chiffon coat was worn with this confection, shaded from the deepest rose to the palest of pink, large chrysanthemums in the different tones of the petals, and leaves of green tonings. A delightful powder blue chiffon soie had sprays of flowers worked in handsome groups with crystal borders. Miss May Beatty wears a pale buttercup moire soie juniper frock, with white crepe de chine worked in black and gold, and a small hat with large plume. Her first frock was of beige satin marocain, with sunkist coat with gold lame waistcoat and beige cape over it embroidered in gold. In the third act black lace over white georgette.
