HERBERT SMITH TRUST (UPS. The pupils of the Vermont Street. School held road races this morning for cups purchased from the Herbert Smith Trust fund. Results:— Junior Race.— VT. Wall 1, O. Buckley 2, A. Bennett 3." Time. 11m. Senior Race.—E. McCaffrey 1, B. Keenan 2, P. Lnpton 3. Time, 13m. The trophies were presented by Father Talley.
