MR. LEE AT GRAFTON.

The Grafton Hall was filled to overflowing last evening when Mr. J. A. Lee, M.P., addressed the electors of Auckland East. Mr. B. Martin presided. Mr. Lee followed the lines of his previous addresses, vigorously criticising the programmes enunciated by the Reform and the United parties. He quoted the returns of last election, and claimed thst the United vote in the constituency was • negligible factor. This meant, he said, that the contest was essentially between Reform and labour.
