RUGBY, October 26.

The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Sir Austen Chamberlain, who is now in California, is expected to return via Vancouver and Canada and to reach home on Saturday, November 24.

It is anticipated that he will attend the meeting of the Council of the League of Nations on December 10, as his health has greatly improved.
