MINE MANAGERS' REPORTS.

Lucky Shot.—The managed reports tlmt tliii drive south on the main reef off the bottom of No. 2 winze has been extended 10ft. On Wednesday last a fault was met with and disturbed tlio reef to a considerable extent. The reef is now beginning to show up again in the face and is 2ft wide, carrying a splendid class of andesite on both walls. Just -where the faulting took place the ore showed strong colour's of gold.

Maoriland.—The manager reports that he has taken out two anil a hill' tone of ore, and saw several good patches of gold when breaking it down. The reef lias been small, but. is now coming back to its usual width. I'our tons of ore are being sent for treatment next week, and another four tons a week or two lates.
