FALSE PRETENCES.
REMANDED FOR SENTENCE.
Charged with obtaining from Thomas Richards the sum of £2 by means of a valueless cheque, Lonard Montmorency Reynolds (42) pleaded guilty, at the Police Court this morning.
On the application of Chief-Detective Hammond, who said that another charge was to be preferred, Reynolds was remanded until to-morrow morning for sentence.
